Start of a new Top Fifteen

If you look at the Career Records section of men's lacrosse on the athletic website, you'll notice that (right now) the only career listing for Games Played is for goalies.  I haven't gone through every player since 2013 but I do have what I consider to be the start of a top fifteen for lacrosse games played on the men's side.  1. Matty Ledon and Chandler Bradley with 63 each 2. Zac Barrett with 61 3. Kyle Beverly with 59 4. Julian Infanti with 57 5. Kerry Ostrowski with 56 6. Darrien Mask and Bruce Silk with 52 each  7. Mason McBroom, Daniel Zimny and Joe Appolonia with 51 apiece 8. Matt Spadafora with 49 9. Zach Stephenson with 46 10. Jake Dunlop with 45 11. Garrett Blake, Zach Hemans and Bevan Pate with 44 each 12. Ryan Pickowitz with 43 (30 as a goalie and 13 as a defender) 13. Sean Dever with 42 (most goalie appearances)  14. Tanner Shepardson and Mason King have each logged 40 games played 15. Alex Venturino with 36

Women's Lacrosse Update

One of the things I've been working on is a top fifteen list for career draw controls, and my long-term plan is to have it replace the top fifteen for career turnovers that's currently on the website. I haven't looked at every women's lacrosse player's career draw controls since 2013 but here's what I currently have in terms of the top five: 1. Meghan Tonnesen with 236  2. Rachel Lepine with 196 3. Mary Deatrick with 158 4. Rising junior Ella Hancock with 141 5. Kirsten Barth with 137

2022-23 Preview: Underclassmen

*By underclassmen, I mean freshmen, sophomores and juniors, as I don't know how many seniors will return next year.  Women's Basketball Rising junior forward Mackenzie Johnson is sitting at 64 games, 349 defensive rebounds and 520 points. She needs six games to reach the 70 milestone, 80 points to reach the 600 milestone and 11 defensive rebounds to have the fifth-best total since 2011 across both teams (men's and women's) in that category (Steve Viterbo recorded 359 in his career)  Rising junior guard Kalen Surles can reach a couple milestones this season. She needs seven appearances to reach 70 for her career and she needs just 44 points to reach the 400 milestone (she currently has 356)  Women's Soccer Rising junior midfielder Hannah Behner is third since 2011 with ten assists. Behner, rising junior defender Jhena Ellerbe and rising senior defender Britt Verstegen can all reach 40 career appearances this season.   Volleyball Rising senior middle hitter ...
