Women's Lacrosse 2023 Wrap-Up: Season Totals

Junior midfielder Ella Hancock tallied sixty points on the season by way of 38 goals and 22 assists, which is tied for the tenth-best single-season mark in program history along with Sarah Bialecki (29 goals and 31 assists in 2017) and Taylor Greenberg (52 goals and 8 assists in 2022). It also improves on her 57-point season from last year, when she tallied 28 goals and 29 assists.

Hancock and classmate attacker Ruthie Mandell's assists totals this season also moved into the top fifteen, as Hancock's 22 assists is tied for eleventh-most in a season with Kendra Parenteau in 2016 (and again in 2017) and Mandell's 21 assists is technically fourteenth best.
*Mandell's single-season assist numbers continue to improve as her 21 this year is the first 20-assist season of her Mountain Lion career after 10 last season and five in 2021.

Junior midfielder Kinsley Purser is in the top ten for ground balls in a season with 41 this year, which is the new seventh-place mark, and her 26 caused turnovers this year is third most in a season- only Erika Cross (27 in 2019) and Kelsey Dover (31 in 2019) caused more in a single year.
*Also in caused turnovers, freshman midfielder Mary Troyer's 18 this year is also in the top fifteen.
